Our detailed screening and verification services rely on gathering information beyond what is provided by web-based data banks that offer limited information and minimal clarity. We exclusively utilize the most accurate methods of providing up-to-date criminal and civil record background reports involving direct contact with government sources. Occasionally we are able to identify cases and charges concerning an applicant even before the cases are closed or settled.   

Crime Safe Services

Fast Check 
RGF Fast Check instantly confirms the social security number, address, telephone number, date of birth, and all previous counties of residency from the past seven (7) years for any prospective hire. RGF Fast Check is the mandatory starting point of all pre-screening activity and is free of charge when any of the below services are chosen. 

Federal Criminal Records $75.00 per County / $50.00 per additional County 
This is the most accurate form of criminal background screening. Criminal background information is gathered directly from county courthouse visits within five business days of the initial request; this process allows us to provide our clients with up-to-date information. By leveraging the information provided by RGF Fast Check we can thoroughly search for criminal activity in any/all of the applicant’s previous counties of residency. In addition, this search also includes the National Criminal Index Search and a comprehensive OFAC Search. By searching records from The Office of Foreign Assets Control we are able to check the applicant's name against the U.S. Government’s lists of targeted terrorists, narcotics traffickers, and blocked persons. Please note that there is an additional charge in the states of New York, Maine, South Dakota, and the county of Davidson in Tennessee. See Additional Costs section at the bottom of this document.

Nationwide Criminal Index Search $20.00 per report search 
Search millions of records covering 50 states concerning, felony, misdemeanor, sex offender, and traffic records. This product gathers data from county court records, state corrections records, and sex offender registries. 

Civil Records $45.00 per County/ $25.00 per additional County
This is the most accurate form of civil background screening. Civil background information is gathered directly from the county courts courthouse visits within five business days of the initial request; this process allows us to provide our clients with up-to-date information. By leveraging the information provided by RGF Fast Check we can thoroughly search for criminal activity in any/all of the applicant’s previous counties of residency.   
 
Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) $40.00 per MVR Record
Check for valid driver’s license, motor vehicle violations, and license class. All results are returned in an easy to follow format with comprehensive notes and comments if available. Please note that some states restrict certain information, resulting in delays or additional costs. Please check with RGF Solutions to see if the state/county will result in additional time or costs.


Verification Services

RGF Verification Services simply confirms the presence of Professional Licenses while giving the hiring company the option to confirm the Educational Background, Workers' Compensation History, Bankruptcy, and the presence of any Judgments or Liens concerning the applicant. 

Education Verification $20.00 per College / University Report
Confirm degree and graduation information from any College or University in the United States. Call for special rates for International Education Verification services.

Professional Licenses Verification $25.00 per License Report
Check for valid Professional Licenses by simply providing the type of license and the state of registry. This search can also provide information concerning any documented disciplinary violations concerning a specific professional license.

Bankruptcy Filings and Judgment & Lien Filings Verification $50.00 per Individual Report
Verify the presence of any Judgments or Liens against your applicant by searching a national file that is updated frequently. In addition to Judgment and Lien Filings, we can obtain Personal and Business Bankruptcy Filings from all 50 states.

Workers' Compensation, History Verification $40.00 per Individual Report  
This will disclose any claims made to the Bureau of Workers' Compensation regarding the applicant. 


  Candidate Evaluation

RGF Candidate Evaluation gives the client peace of mind by extending beyond what is provided in a resume or during an interview. These services offer a variety of options to gather information needed to evaluate a potential candidate to help make educated hiring decisions. 

Employment Check $50.00 per Individual Report
Confirm dates of employment and rehire eligibility. We will also make every attempt to gather and confirm salary, position held, reason for leaving, and date of release/resignation along with any critical data available from past employers. Our employees are masters of research and are able to gather sensitive information which is often kept confidential.
                 
Reference Check $50.00 per Individual Report
Develop a sense of your applicant’s personality by allowing RGF Solutions to present your applicant’s references with a brief interview comprising of questions developed by the hiring company. 

Biography Report $85.00 per Hour
RGF Biography Reports have been utilized by top recruiting firms worldwide. RGF Biography Reports consist of biographical information. Information and real-time news specifically pertaining to the candidate are gathered from thousands of media outlets, wires, and various Internet sources. RGF Biography Reports are prepared in an easy to follow format and can be customized to meet your needs.

Credit History Report $45.00 per Individual Report
RGF Credit History Reports contain information about a subject’s credit, including bill repayment history, and the status of credit accounts.
